Overnight Oats.
A delicious, healthy and filling breakfast that is best made the evening before and kept in the fridge overnight
Recipe
1/2 a banana
30 grams porridge oats
120 grams Unsweetened Almond milk
20 grams protein powder
40 grams of blueberries
Method
Mash the banana in a bowl
Add the Oats, Almond milk and the protein powder and mix together
Leave in the fridge overnight
Add the blueberries just before eating. Either sprinkle over the top or mix into the rest of the mixture
If you don’t like the mixture to cold you can pop it into the microwave for a few seconds just before eating.
