Overnight Oats.

A delicious, healthy and filling breakfast that is best made the evening before and kept in the fridge overnight

Recipe

  • 1/2 a banana

  • 30 grams porridge oats

  • 120 grams Unsweetened Almond milk

  • 20 grams protein powder

  • 40 grams of blueberries

Method

  • Mash the banana in a bowl

  • Add the Oats, Almond milk and the protein powder and mix together

  • Leave in the fridge overnight

  • Add the blueberries just before eating. Either sprinkle over the top or mix into the rest of the mixture

  • If you don’t like the mixture to cold you can pop it into the microwave for a few seconds just before eating.
